I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania, Certified in Brainspotting. I am a master’s level professional and nationally certified counselor.
I am client-led, compassion focused, and relational. Person-centered, skills based interventions are offered to guide the rapport building and resourcing process. As a Brainspotting Therapist, I intentionally integrate advanced trainings, ongoing professional development, and my lived experience into my work as a specialist.
I have worked in outpatient settings, intensive outpatient, hospitals, residential settings, and in-home services. I have provided direct care, comprehensive assessments, as well as supervised clinicians and directed outpatient and school-based treatment centers. For In-Person services:
Arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and reflect on your intentions and needs for the time you have scheduled.
Bring non-noise cancelling headphones that work with your cellphone to connect with Bilateral Stimulation Music. This is recommended as an external resource during services to support regulation.
Consider bringing your journal for thoughts, doodles, notes, etc.
Bring your emotional support water bottle.
Don’t forget your favorite fidget! But if you do, I have a collection too.
Additional Preparations for TeleHealth Virtual services:
Secure a quiet, private location that is well-lit and has a strong internet connection.
Place your device on a stable surface in a comfortable spot. A laptop or similar device is recommended. Phones are not ideal for services due to the small screen size, but we can make it work if needed.
If others are in the home/office at the time of your appointment, please close the door to the room that you are in to prevent disruptions. Consider having a white noise sound machine outside of the door for privacy.
If you need to meet in a vehicle, try to park away from other cars to reduce distractions. However, car services are not recommended and cannot be the standard. Additionally, services cannot occur if you are driving.

The time scheduled for each service will be held exclusively for you.
48 hours notice is requested.
The practice policies will be shared with you directly prior to services being scheduled to prevent surprise billing.

Effective January 1, 2022, under section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Services Act (the “No Surprises Act”) you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
The GFE shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for services provided by your health care provider. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. It does not take into account any reimbursement that you may receive as a result of out-of-network benefits.
The GFE does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur.
If you disagree with your bill, you may be able to dispute the charges.
