Relationships and Boundaries

YOU’VE SPENT YOUR WHOLE LIFE TENDING TO OTHERS…

…READING THE ROOM AND KEEPING THE PEACE.

You’ve learned when to speak up and when it’s better to be seen and not heard. You’ve learned how to care for people who didn’t always know how to care for you. Maybe your boundaries were met with resistance, or even worse, silence. Maybe love has often meant self-abandoning just to stay connected. Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too much” or “too sensitive” when all you wanted was to feel understood, accepted, and loved.

And yet, here you are! You are still longing for relationships that feel mutual, easeful, and real. Still daring to believe that connection shouldn’t require shrinking. Yes! Thankfully so! This is where we begin in our work…learning what security feels like in your body, what boundaries sound like in your voice, and what it means to stay true to yourself even in relationship with others.

You deserve connections where you can breathe fully, show up wholly, and be met with respect and reciprocity. You deserve to be understood, accepted, and loved.

Vibrant, colorful flower celebrating neuro-queer identity.

Do any of these moments feel familiar?

  • You said yes when every part of you wanted to say no

  • You minimized your needs to keep the peace and avoid an argument

  • You noticed yourself overthinking a text, replaying a conversation, or wondering if you upset someone

  • You felt responsible for other people’s emotions and comfort

  • You wanted time with someone but also needed space, and you weren’t sure if you could ask for it

  • You sensed your self masking or performing just to stay connected with someone

These are the quiet negotiations that happen when safety and authenticity feel at odds.

I specialize in supporting queer professionals who are navigating late recognized neurodivergence and who are untangling relational patterns shaped by trauma, masking, and survival.

Together, we will explore what genuine connection can look like when you no longer have to abandon yourself to keep it.

I’m here to help you build relationships rooted in mutual respect and integrity. And we will start first with you and you.

YOUR TRUTH IS NOT NEGOTIABLE…

…YOUR BOUNDARIES ARE NOT OPTIONAL. YOUR PRESENCE IS NOT DISPOSABLE.

HOW I CAN HELP

I will work with you to explore how relational patterns like people-pleasing, self-silencing, or overextending, have shaped the way you show up with yourself, and with others. Together, we will get curious about the boundaries you’ve held, bent, or avoided, and create authentic ways to communicate and connect that feel sustainable. Your needs, rhythms, and unique ways of relating will be honored, so that you can build relationships that are secure and nourishing.

You deserve relationships where you can show up fully, trust yourself, and truly be seen and celebrated.

Two hands, placed together that are covered in colorful paint to celebrate neuro-queer identity.
  • Take stock of how past experiences and societal expectations have shaped the way you show up in connection. This includes how you connect with yourself, as well as friends, family, coworkers, and the world.

  • Learn to recognize, communicate, and maintain boundaries that feel authentic and sustainable. We are talking about besties that stick around through the good and the bad. We are talking life partners. We are talking community.

  • Shift patterns that keep you shrinking, overextending, or putting others’ comfort above your own. What would it be like to show up and that be enough? Let’s find out!

  • Practice ways to relate to others safely and meaningfully, honoring your needs and unique ways of being.

  • Develop confidence in your voice, choices, and presence so you can engage in relationships with integrity.
